Being a first time client, I was not entirely sure what to expect but my entire experience was outstanding. Heidi is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The products she uses are very high quality and great for sensitive skin like mine. The whole time I felt very comfortable, she answered all my questions and gave me excellent skin care advice, if I could give her 10 stars out of 5 I would. I will definitely be returning regularly! I HIGHLY recommend Smitten Studio for all of your waxing and skincare needs.

Heidi is wonderful. She is very professional, kind, and cares about the quality of her service. I was very nervous to undergo my first waxing experience. Heidi handled my nerves beautifully. She knows how to make her customers feel at ease and comfortable with what can be a very awkward experience. It only took one appointment to realize I’ll be a regular customer!
