The nurses are very thorough and make sure to get every last hair. They check in throughout the procedure, making sure I’m comfortable and tolerating the treatment. The manager is always ready to answer questions and provide support. I had a terrible experience at Ideal Image several years ago and was nervous about going back for laser hair removal. The manager spent a lot of time with me, walking through what to expect, answering my questions, and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend this Milan to anyone looking for laser hair removal.“
