Samira was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel heard the entire appointment. I’m focused on growing my hair and had a lot of dead ends, and she gave me so many helpful tips on hair growth, how often I should trim, and how to properly take care of my hair in between visits.
I also have curly hair, and she truly understood my hair type and handled it with so much care. She removed all my damaged ends while keeping my length, and I left feeling so happy with my hair. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their hair health. I highly recommend her!

Samira is a standard for me. I’ve been going to her since she was a master stylist at another salon in 1997 and she is everything my hair needs. I lost her contact info for a period while she moved around and as a result, I bounced from Moxie to Juut to private stylists to hope in other states looking for someone that would fit the bill, but no one ever understood my hair like she did. One’s hair makes up half of their self image and if they can’t find someone that understands their hair and vision, it can be very demoralizing to their confidence. Samira takes her time and pours her decades of mastery into calculating what she can do for your hair and how your hair will respond to it. She treats hair like it’s a living part of your body and knows what products will suit it best, what technique to use when cutting it and what the end result will look like based on what environmental and internal factors your hair is dealing with. She does a visual analysis and walks you through her approach, adjusting as necessary to achieve the desired result in the most gentle way. Samira isn’t someone I blindly trust, she is someone that earns more and more of my trust every time I go back to her, this is why I only trust her with my hair. If you get to have this hair guru work on your hair, consider yourself very fortunate.
