Annette Keller at JC salon is absolutely amazing! Only a few months after I switched over to her for hi-lights I started to notice how much healthier my hair had gotten! She always does exactly what I ask for so I never have to worry. My blonde hair grows out better than it ever has yet still looks bright and beautiful!
