Jules is very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I appreciate how she explained the different techniques that she could use on my hair to help me make informed decisions about my haircut. She also goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable during your haircut by including your preferences for talking, music, and a complimentary drink.
