This location is pretty good. Staff is kind for the most part. I will say some of them did make me feel dismissed or looked at me funny when I would say things. I would’ve lasted longer in the program if there was less long breaks in between scheduled group times, which I felt took away some of my experience during process time. Overall me and a few others felt as though we were being dismissed or ignored when trying to process or include themselves during others group discussions. But overall my favorite thing about this location was Barbie and Sarah. Barbie absolutely deserves the world. She was so affirming and kind when I needed it the most. I am about to graduate out of the IOP program (Track A) tomorrow. I wanted to say that this has been one of the most healing times of my life. The staff are kind, professional, and respectful of where a person is at. Their dedication to diversity is excellent and I received care above and beyond my expectations. I want to personally thank Jill, Brittany, Kayla, Tira, Sarah, Nick, Eduardo, Dr. Richardson, and Dr. Green. You all worked together to help me and my group process complex feelings, sort out our medicines, and gain management skills for depression, anxiety, and so many things.
