“I've been taking Lady here for a while, mostly for boarding. Whenever she boards, I always get updates and cute pictures from the staff which is very reassuring. Everything has going well, so I do plan to continue bringing her here. She definitely enjoys the outdoor area, especially since her previous daycare did not have one.“

“I reserved a spot for my dog to attend training. I got my dog from a reputable breeder in IA and provided them the breeder information, shot record WITH stickers from the shots confirming lot number and my new vet and breeders vet information. Of course, they just messaged within the 7 day window that they cannot accept her. I requested a full refund and reported them as fraud to the credit bureau. Beware going here with young dogs. They will take your money but not provide the service.

I received a call from one of the owners and they explained everything to me. They have someone new that did not understand the policy for pups. The owner was VERY helpful and my pup WILL be attending. I was very much impressed with how well they treated my complaint and have changed the rating to 5 stars and rescinded all complaints. This was a miscommunication from a new staff person and in NO WAY reflects the company, the owners, or the trainers. I will write another update after the two week puppy boot camp.“

We absolutely love the repro team at Inver Grove Animal Hospital! Courtney and Kristie take such good care of me and my girls. From progesterone testing to TCI’s to whelping prep, they are always kind, organized, and completely on top of timing and details.

We truly feel taken care of and honestly, like family. The phone calls to check in as we get close to whelping mean so much. That level of care and follow-through makes a high-stress process feel steady and supported.

So grateful for this team and the way they show up for us every single time. LOVE them!
