I appreciate the kind and patient staff here. I had an issue with insurance and the woman at the front desk was absolutely fantastic with helping me get that figured out and making sure my daughter could still be seen.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Decanini, all the orthoptists and staff at NW Eye. Everything was explained well. My surgery and recovery went great. And my eyesight is better than it’s been in years! 110% +I’m now also seeing Dr Glaser (it’s a location thing). All thumbs up for her too! Very patient and very much interested in “getting it right “.

Everyone at the clinic was so kind and caring. My 6 yr old daughter was really fearful of getting eye drops and of the appointment in general, and everyone’s positivity and ability to connect with her—and especially Paige’s skillful ways with kids—allowed her to be brave and feel good about the experience. I’m so grateful! ❤️
