I expected professionalism, respect, and understanding, especially considering that many veterans rely on medical providers for ongoing care and support. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. The staff did not seem to take my concerns seriously, and the level of communication and respect I received was far below what I expected from a healthcare provider.

After gently asking for a $50 refund for a service that was booked for me while I laid immobile on a hospital gurney, and a service I did not go to because I never received a formal reservation or calendar hold because the number the receptionist took down was not my own or correct, I was called and spoken to in a very condescending and derogatory tone by one of the managers who insisted on regurgitating some formality around the reservation policy despite the phone number used to confirm my request being incorrect on the providers end. Keep my $50. I will be taking my services to another practice that respects its clients and guests that will likely be billing my insurance and I for years to come. and I will not be recommending the Natural Care Center in Woodbury to my Twin Cities network. Whoever made this disturbing call to me, needs to come down from their ivory tower and learn how to speak and be more thoughtful and compassionate when dealing with clients coming to them seeking healing and wellness. There was no wellbeing or whole person considerations in her tone or approach to the conversation. Sad!

After an appointment at a spine clinic, an MRI and PT, I am so thankful that I decided to see if a chiropractor could help with my neck pain. And she did! After my very first visit with Dr. Fitzgerald, I had several days of being almost completely pain free. It is going to take several appointments but I am now certain that with the therapy I am receiving from her and the exercises from the PT, my neck pain will be gone and if it does come back, I will know who to see for it.

I started seeing Dr. Fitz and her team recently after dealing with sciatica and back pain for months. They listen to me and have me come in for adjustments and graston. I also see Mallory for acupuncture. Since I started here; I’ve been having more good days than bad. Definitely recommend!
