My experience with NDBC was excellent. I had been referred to them by my acupuncturist who was helping me with my “swaying”, but thought NDBC could offer effective complimentary care.
From the initial evaluation by the doctor, through “graduating” the treatment, the PTs were consistently caring and competent (especially Tiffany!).
After approximately six months, 15 visits, and consistent at home exercises, I was 100% back to normal by the end of 2025 and continue to be so. My quality of life is night and day improved with my balance back.

I am giving five stars strictly for medical providers. Tiffany treated me for vertigo and fixed my problem literally after one visit. She was very thorough, competent and caring. Paula also was wonderful, she left no stone unturned during my assessment and was very kind. I would strongly recommend Paula and Tiffany to anyone looking for knowledgeable and caring professionals.

NDBC has been a great treatment choice for me. When my dizziness started unexpectedly my Dr gave me 2 choices, Clinic PT or NDBC. I certainly didn’t think I needed something called NDBC so I chose the Clinic PTs. The PTs were trained in Vestibular problems and were very professional. When their expertise didn’t solve my problems. They recommended that I move on to NDBC because they had the knowledge, expertise and Vestibular equipment to better evaluate my problems. Rachel, Issac and Tiffany were my people. They listened, explained my problems from their evaluations and observations. We formed a plan and worked for 5 months. I had exercises to work on at home and appointments weekly. I appreciated their expertise, knowledge and team approach. I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to work with NDBC on my vestibular problems. I highly recommend this program for anyone who has vestibular problems

I have been going for years. This places is amazing and very knowledgeable. I have gotten such useful information and great tools to use. I wouldn't be able to ride in vehicles without a barf bag and grocery trips would be so much worse. I now can do art on the computer with lots of fast rotations because of their help. Not everyone will need to go for years. I just so happened to need it longer. It is worth it. I did both PT and OT.

I am an advanced healthcare provider, who suddenly found myself with dizzy and balance problems. You may have heard healthcare providers are the worst patients and I did not disappoint. I found the staff at their Blaine office knowledgeable, caring, and effective. I recommend trusting the process. Doing the exercises they recommend and sticking with it. I would 100% recommend the NDBC. I had a severe case of vertigo. My symptoms were dizziness, loss of balance, nausea, anxiety and rapid eye moment. It affected my day to day life. My chiropractor, Olson Brothers, recommended I seek treatment at the NDBC because I had such a severe case. The PT’s were all amazing and after 5-6 treatments I was feeling back to myself. Thanks to Grace at the Woodbury clinic. Also thanks to Alex, Joe and Linda at the Blaine clinic. You are lifesavers!!

After having vertigo and balance issues for seven months, this place was able to provide many answers and support. The team that works at the Woodbury center deserves recognition for going above and beyond. They have many qualified individuals that are able to evaluate vision, balance, and auditory functions. The physical and occupational therapists and audiologists are knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful, specializing in helping those with vertigo and balance issues. It’s definitely a team approach with a great PA to explain and problem solve after all the testing is completed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I finally have answers that no one else previously could help me with.
