I've had a membership at Massage Retreat and Spa for a few months now. Initially I went to get a massage but they had no openings so I tried a facial for the first time. It was relaxing yet I had no idea what I was looking for in a facial. My second experience was better and I learned "work" could be done on my face to help with my complexion... I also bought a kit of product to try at home even though the shows therapist helping me rushed through the explaination causing me to feel a little confused/overwhelmed. I'm not sure what's up with all the bad reviews? I've been coming here for a year and I love it! I'm a member so I pay $65ish per month and you get one free one hour facial or massage (I only ever get a massage) and product discounts if you like dermalogica- but Michelle is awesome! She does more relaxation massage, but also can do deep tissue if I need it. Whenever I haven't been able to see Michelle, everyone I've seen has been great and pays attention to my client notes. Over all, I love this place. Definitely try it out if you haven't already.

I love every therapist I've had there. Always so professional and effective Rosy the receptionist/scheduler/coordinator made my day when she scheduled my appointment .I could hear her smiling through the phone and could sense what a cheerful person she is Contagious!
