I had to cancel my massage today due to feeling sick. I could not call yesterday since i was not sick or even knew i was sick until this morning. I wanted to cancel the massage and set up for a different day. They then said that was fine but when i was about to get off the phone they then informed me that they were going to charge me 50% of the massage even when i am a member. I also have more massages under my account. This is a bad way to run a company and lose paying customers. I also found there are many other reviews online saying the same thing. I am glad i am canceling my membership. The massages are not massages its a corporate run environment and staff is run they same way.

Maxwell is what I'd call a thoroughly trained and experienced therapist who intuitively senses stress issues that need to be addressed in treatment. I it is a gift beyond training.

Ben is a true magician. I’ve been to multiple chiropractors and massage therapists over the last few years to try to fix my hips (damn those desk jobs, am I right?). I eventually gave up and hadn’t even mentioned it to Ben. He instantly keyed in on the issue though, and two sessions later, I am walking and sleeping without pain for the first time since 2018.

Fraudulent business practices. While making my initial appointment, I told the lady on the phone that I may be forced to cancel and reschedule due to the nature of my work schedule. She said that's fine, making no mention of a 50% cancelation fee and I signed nothing indicating such. It turned out that I did need to reschedule 2 hours before my appointment. I was informed during my call to cancel that my card on file would be charged 50%. Denying the charges and reporting to the Secretary of State. Stay away from these predators.

five stars is not enough, miss lorraine is an absolute miracle worker! i came in today with back, neck, and shoulder pain (and a bit of scepticism as well since i haven't ever had a massage with a lasting therapeutic impact beyond the session being a relaxing 60 minutes of my day), and lorraine knew exactly what to do. massage can be so difficult, since communication is so important for getting the results you want, but often times i don’t even know how to begin articulating what parts of my body need to be worked on. when lorraine was able to read my body and fix things i didn’t even know needed fixing, i finally started to feel some relief from tension and pain i have been dealing with for years. i appreciated having a massage therapist who explained to me what she was doing as she did it and i also appreciated learning so much about my own body and what i can do in the future to prevent further pain and tension. plus she was just so fun to chat with about non-massage things too! minnesota is lucky to have received this absolutely godsent woman from texas, and i cannot wait until my next session! thank you lorraine!!

I had an 1 hour session with Joseph. He was a fantastic therapist! Very strong hands when needed and also personable. Great helpful staff as well.
