If I knew the review of this clinic was 2.6 I won’t waste my time for the appointment my daughter had this morning.. I was in the room for 30 minutes waiting to see the provider. I decided to cancel after 35 minutes of waiting in empty room to see the provider.. either they were unprofessional or racially the provider did it on purpose. We never had that kind issue in Minneapolis clinics. All my kids were born in MASONIC building off riverside and my family we all love Fairview network but today what ever I seen I won’t excepted.. pure unprofessionalism.. I will never go to this clinic and won’t recommend anyone to go there

Best patient experience I've ever had at an ER! Every Staff person I came in contact with was kind and efficient at their task. I felt listened to.. and they helped my presenting concerns

I had an appointment for 8am to take blood. I arrived at 7:45am. I was checked in, called in, and done with the whole thing by 8am. Every clinic experience should be this pleasant and easy.

I went to Urgent Care this morning. I was there at 8:45. I was 3rd in line. Approximately 10!people on line. They open at 9:00. I was seen within 5 min of sitting down. Which is amazing! When I came out of my appointment, the waiting room was empty. Everyone was being seen!! I’ve never seen this before!! I had to share great service this morning. Minn Fairview Clinic you were rocking it today!!!! Thank you ❤️

Had the best experience here, super efficient, they got me in and out quickly and everyone who helped me was so nice!

I just called to see about an appointment to see if my doctor had scheduled me for a follow-up appointment and again the secretary ask for my date of birth name and address I'M SICK AND TIRED OF GIVING MY DATE OF BIRTH AND ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER YOU DON'T NEED MY ADDRESS DATE OF BIRTH OR PHONE NUMBER ALL YOU NEED IS THE PATIENT'S NAME WE'RE NOT CALLING FOR OUR INFORMATION ALL YOU NEED IS OUR DATE OF BIRTH YOU DON'T NEED OUR ADDRESS YOU DON'T NEED OUR DATE OF BIRTH STOP ASKING THIS

I’ve been to the ER a few times as directed by my OBGYN for a rare uterine condition. The second to last time, Dr. plum initially treated me. Upon our first meeting I expressed that I didn’t have an IV as I pass out and need to lay down. His response, “you will be here for hours if you are waiting for a bed, we are too busy and you can be treated in the waiting room.” Additionally, when I stated I was in severe pain and discomfort and couldn’t keep anything down, his response was, “your symptoms are consistent with your uterine condition.” When I replied that it is the case but that my symptoms are severe and was told to come to the ER by the OBGYN. He then kept going on and on about how I needed an IV and blood work done, and accused me of being unwilling, because I was unable to do this is the hallway of the ER and needed to lay down. I replied again that I need to lay down for the process, his response was that I’m not allowing him to provide me with medical care. After few moments later, I was in a room, not three hours later as Dr. Palm previously said. Once in a room, I was able to provide a blood sample and get the dose of anti-inflammatory required. He then wanted to do a physical exam, I refused and gave the reason that I don’t trust him to treat me. Another hour went on until they were able to get me another doctor, Dr. Wall. I continue to have complications and have been denied surgery, due to overall poor healthcare by MHealth Fairview clinics and specialists, more specifically instances such as this. Do better.

Came to urgent care and had Khristopher Grant, PA. This was my first time meeting him and the nurse Crystal. Both were very friendly and really listened to my chief concern. The PA really took his time answering my many question and explaining in easy to understand details. Very positive experience. Seems like he really likes his job.
