Went in with inflammation on my thigh. It just looked awful. Got it checked out and was prescribed medication. I was pretty much in and out in less that 1hr and 30 min. Im from Texas, and when i go to the ER it's a minimum 3.5 hours for me even with no one in the lobby. Dr. Koch really helped me out and the staff are very nice and helpful. Hopefully i wont have to come back, but if im in Minnesota again and i need the help I'll definitely see woodwind again! Thank y'all so much!

I’ve always had good experiences here! I got here for clinic visits sometimes, and I’ve been going here for PT for two. I will say, unfortunately, if you do not schedule, the walk-in clinic has very long wait times (considerable to an ER). Furthermore, I scheduled my daughter for an ENT consult, and they booked it 3 months out. That’s crazy to me… They do take Medical Assistance (BluePlus), though, so I do like that. The ladies at the front desk are nice, and the physicians and PAs have been great. I’m surprised at how many one-star review there are, though?!? It’s not the BEST clinic, but it’s certainly not the WORST!

Went in to get my COVID booster shot. The Woodwinds Medical Campus is large, with easy access to 494. Much of the staff that I interacted with today did not have English as their primary language! Oh well.
