Mandy does amazing work. I have had trouble with my range of motion in my arm and shoulder due to an old injury from an accident and in one visit, I can feel a difference. I will definitely be booking with Mandy again!

For the first time in a long time, I feel less stiff and my movements are much more fluid. Mandy was professional and kind. She paid close attention to the issues I am most needing help with on the intake form.

Mandy is great at her craft!
After over a year of physical therapy, I decided to try massage along side. I have had better results from the massage than I expected - it's a huge help on it's own and my PT and chiropractor notice how much more they can help because of it!
Mandy has taken the time to understand what bothers me most, and which techniques help me most. My scar tissue is softer, my joint moves better, and I'm able to focus on stretching and strengthening!
