John Kivel is hands down the best, most honest, and knowledgeable electrician out there. I was in a real pickle, in between renters at my townhome, in the middle of December 2025. I had two different electrical companies come out before John and provide bids but couldn't diagnose the root cause of the problem. John came, went up the ladder, looked around and had the solution in less than 30 minutes and fixed everything at about 1/3 the cost of the other companies' bids. Thank you, John!

This is the second time that we have worked with John. We have had great experiences both times.
Both times, he responded with hours to our inquiry. Last time he installed a mast when storms took out power to our home, and this time he corrected a junction box that was set below the finished ceiling, installed three new light fixtures and a brand-new security/floodlight from scratch with a new switch where none existed before.
