Dr. Veire and Dr. Steffl have been absolutely fabulous. I'm sure the other doctors are great, too, but these are the two I'm familiar with. Also, the receptionists have been very helpful and professional. A+!

The O.D. gave me the most superior service I have had in 40 years! My needs are complex. I use glasses for every day, prefer not to use bifocals, contact lenses for driving and distance. He was incredibly patient and thorough, such as: do you want your glasses to favor the computer or favor the TV? Then wrote the prescription for both, just in case, with different PDs. How much near vision do you need with your contacts? How close do you sit to the computer? There seems to be an art to vision wear, and this O.D. is exceptional. Not sharing his name because it's hard to get appointments, but it rhymes with one of the Great Lakes.

Dr Murray didn’t show up the first time we were told he was stuck at his own appointment. We waited for a bit and finally walked out. Rescheduled a month later. Did same exams over again. My dad’s eyes were dilated. Waited for 45 mins again. My dad was getting anxie, impatient and hungry. Where’s Dr Murray?

Terrible, and I mean terrible, customer service. Stephanie in the contacts department kept interrupting me, and when I asked her not to, she told me that she would get someone else to help me and then hung up on me. I called back and was talked to condescendingly to by Tony the receptionist. He misinterpreted my saying I would come in in-person to deal with the issue with Stephanie, that I was threatening her! I told him that I would be asking her in-person to be more professional, because it's evident that it's easy to dismiss people with crummy service over the phone. I will never go here again and I warn you...constant miscommunications and errors abound when ordering from here. Dr. Marlane Brown is wonderful, and I will gladly head to whichever other clinic she works from. The Woodbury one is luckily a rare one for her to work at-thank goodness!
