HealthPartners Dental Clinic Woodbury

I was disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The dental hygienist seemed inattentive and not considerate of my comfort. I have sensitive teeth, and they were unwilling to adjust the cleaning method to accommodate this. When the electric tools were not used, the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. It seemed as though each tooth was only briefly touched before moving on to the next. After returning home, I noticed there was still visible plaque on my teeth. I expected a more thorough and attentive level of care.

This clinic felt less than personal and welcoming. Staff, from check-in to the second I walked, out felt disconnected from patients, cold and gave a sense of disinterest/lack of commitment to providing good care. The more I tried to illicit friendliness, the more I could see it was a fruitless effort.

I felt a general sense of “next, next, next” as if being moved along an assembly line instead of cared for as a human. It left me feeling rushed, unheard, and a little uneasy about whether anything was actually looked at with intention. The transactional environment made me question the quality of the care and whether my concerns matter.

Had an appointment scheduled only to have them cancel it and tell me they can't get me in for 7 months now. Pretty ridiculous. Service here has been great, if you can get an appointment and it not be canceled.
