I was disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The dental hygienist seemed inattentive and not considerate of my comfort. I have sensitive teeth, and they were unwilling to adjust the cleaning method to accommodate this. When the electric tools were not used, the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. It seemed as though each tooth was only briefly touched before moving on to the next. After returning home, I noticed there was still visible plaque on my teeth. I expected a more thorough and attentive level of care.

This clinic felt less than personal and welcoming. Staff, from check-in to the second I walked, out felt disconnected from patients, cold and gave a sense of disinterest/lack of commitment to providing good care. The more I tried to illicit friendliness, the more I could see it was a fruitless effort.
I felt a general sense of “next, next, next” as if being moved along an assembly line instead of cared for as a human. It left me feeling rushed, unheard, and a little uneasy about whether anything was actually looked at with intention. The transactional environment made me question the quality of the care and whether my concerns matter.
I was in office for a consult for a total of 30 mins: 10 mins in waiting room, 10 mins with hygienist and 10 mins at best with Dr. Fordahl. I suspect she may not have much, if any experience with any type of cosmetic work due to vague and hesitant explanations about options, recommending the most basic fix instead of discussing multiple approaches, not talking about shade matching, symmetry, or long‑term aesthetics and simply rushing through the consult.
I was there to discuss work that would involve improving my upper midline and her solution was to adjust my lower midline with orthodontics to match to my upper midline- this would then result in my upper AND lower midline being off. Who would ever recommend this? It was this very moment I knew she was not a good fit. If she’s not experienced, she shouldn’t be seeing patients who seek dental care that also require aesthetics. Even if my appt was to discuss something more routine & less complex, I still didn’t get a comfortable feeling of capability nor confidence.
I ultimately have a referral to another dentist with the same clinic network that’s over an hour from me. This experience leaves me hesitant, to pursue the referral though. I’m grateful this was just a consult. I can’t say I’d trust this dental clinic with any dental care based on what I observed & experienced.

Had an appointment scheduled only to have them cancel it and tell me they can't get me in for 7 months now. Pretty ridiculous. Service here has been great, if you can get an appointment and it not be canceled.

Always the best experience... Especially for people like me who have high anxiety about going to the dentist. Lots of parking and comfortable waiting room/lobby.

This place is absolutely horrible please go somewhere else....for your own safety. They have more 1 star reviews than 4 or 5 stars this place is a disgrace to the dentist industry.

runnnn once they find out what your iinsurance is they don't wanna help just extract it.. stay away from dr.christensen he is heartless and will just rip your tooth out no matter the pain rolled his eyes in his head when I yelled out I can feel it.. also dr.koratkra just sits and looks at you while asking questions or just nods his head amd Looks at you like your crazy... NEVER AGAIN THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED!!!!

I tried to ask how much a cleaning is they said they only accept certain insurance. I was going to pay out of pocket. I got hung up on before I could ask hoTurned them into BBB. I work in customer service

I'd like to give them zero stars! If you have dental anxiety run, don't walk from this practice! I told them I was nervous, I wrote it on my form and then also told the assistant I was trying not to have a panic attack. She then decides at that time to take my blood pressure which of course was elevated due to anxiety. She then does X-rays, then tells me I have to remove all jewelry for a panoramic X-ray. This would have been nice to know beforehand as I wear lots of earrings, a nose ring and necklaces. Walks me down the hall to another room does the xray and then takes me back to the room to take my blood pressure again right after I am seated. Of course now my BP is even more elevated! THEN tells me they won't provide any treatment due to elevated BP!! THEN has the nerve to say "oh I hope you'll be back!" Unbelievable!! The dentist didn't even have the decency to have a conversation so I could explain my anxiety. I have never been denied treatment before... never again!! Thanks for adding a new level of anxiety!! Jerks!
