Very friendly hairstylist. She's cute my 6 year old daughters hair twice now and each time my daughter has been very happy with her hair cut. Very friendly and welcoming staff for sure.

Being in the business myself, I asked Rachel to round off my outline(I have very long hair). She told me as well as another gal that she would have to take off a lot of my hair. I did many cuts like this without taking off a lot but I decided not to correct them because at that point, I was concerned how it would turn out. She didn't want to spray down my hair before or after and I had just washed it several hours prior so I walked out of there with a frizz ball hairstyle. Maybe it's because I had a $10 off coupon but I will never go back there again. Oh yes, I still tipped.

Alexis at the Valley Creek location took time to understand what style I wanted. We then discussed and found out what will suit me best, as I don't style/blow dry regularly. Whenever she took off some length, she kept confirming with me and showed me in the mirror. The cut came out really nice. Thank you Alexis!
