Highly recommend for grooming! Friendly staff who clearly love animals, and very reasonable pricing. My dog has shorter hair and didn’t need a cut, so we got the “quick bath” and it’s a great, affordable option to get a clean pup!

Super welcoming as soon as you walk in! They took great care of my dog, who can get nervous at times. I really appreciated getting a rundown of how my Toki did (she did amazing!). I’m also glad the staff did their best to calm her when she was nervous about the table. Toki is a good girl, and the staff is amazing!

Its really hard to rate. Im unsure if I'd return. I think the biggest issue was cutting my fur baby hair after I repeated twice not to cut it. Her color didn't turn out the way I asked. Just not really a good experience. However someone else may be ok with the service. Im just one person.

I’ve tried several pet grooming salons as I lived all over the country but by far my favorite is your place! Both of my dogs have gotten excellent treatment and always come out looking shiny and new! You always get us in pretty quick when needed and I really appreciate that. Thank you keep up the good work and I’m so glad to have you and Woodbury.

We took our Bichon Frise here for his second dog grooming appointment here today. The first appointment was amazing and he had a perfect cut. So of course we brought him here again. At the first appointment they mentioned they would make sure to take down notes since we loved it so much. Today they completely messed up our dog's grooming way too short and not a bichon frise groom that I had asked for. When I dropped him off I asked to do the same cut and they said they didn't have notes. Very confusing because they clearly told us the first time they would take notes. Now they kept asking me what I wanted and since they didn't have the notes they were supposed to have, I asked for a typical Bichon Frise cut. I figured they are professionals and know what a Bichon Frise groom should look like. A few hours later we go to pick him up and he looks terrible. Our poor Bichon Frise has a terrible cut - way too short and nothing like we talked about. For $90 you would expect a good groom. They have a 100% guarantee sign but what are you going to do? You did not take notes like you said you would and now cut our dog's hair super short. We will be trying a different dog groomer in Woodbury.

Nora, my shih tzu, apparently was bleeding after her appointment today. They said our dog was “difficult to groom” which is the first time we’ve had that feedback from a groomer and imagine many dogs get fussy. We are new to the area and thought the reviews here were good so thought we’d try however very upset and concerned that when my mom got her saw blood.

Highly recommended!! Both Kim and Atlas now what they are doing and are very good with the animals. There prices are very reasonable compared to others in or around the area. I've taken my dog's to multiple other grooming places and haven't had as good of an experience as I did here. I'll definitely be coming back again!!! Thank you guys for doing such a amazing job on my dogs!!!
