I had a appointment for 5pm on 1-20-20 and no one showed up, no call or anything. I even received a text reminding me that in 3 hours we get to meet. I called Ryan Otto the manager the person who I was meeting and left a message. Still no call back yet !! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!

Being "Member of the Month" at Snap Fitness Woodbury on Weir Drive, I have to thank my trainer, Ali Triebold for all of her help. I am a Type 2 diabetic on insulin and high blood pressure meds. Since working with Ali I have lost almost 40 # and just about off of my insulin - I have gone from 80 units of Lantus at nite to only 20. I am off of 2.5 of my blood pressure meds - now only take 1/2 a pill at nite. I love her holistic training, information and above all her sense of humor. I love this gym because I don't like the huge gym atmosphere. She will create a program that works with your body. I am a senior and have had a couple of surgeries that have thrown... read full review
