Joining Club Pilates has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m adding my before-and-after photos so people can see the physical changes, but honestly the difference I feel inside is just as important. I have more energy, more confidence, and I feel stronger than ever.
I especially love going early in the morning — starting my day listening to Stephanie’s stories always puts me in a good mood. She is an amazing instructor, full of positive energy and encouragement. And Rosie has also been incredible. Both of them have been so patient and supportive, especially when I struggle with certain exercises. They take the time to correct me, teach me, and help me improve every single class.
I’m genuinely happy with my progress and with how good I feel. I totally recommend this place to anyone thinking about trying Pilates. It has made such a big difference in my life!!

I took an intro class at Club Pilates in Woodbury and had a great first experience. Both the receptionist and the instructor were so kind and informative. It was my first time trying Pilates, and they made it feel welcoming and easy to follow. It was a clean and lovely environment.

I haven't enjoyed exercising in years, but through Pilates I have found an activity that both relaxes me and is enjoyable. I like that different instructors have their own way of doing classes and that no two classes are ever exactly the same.

I started at Club Pilates before my knee replacement to strengthen my muscles and improve recovery. They were very accommodating to pause my membership for a month post op and then I restarted when I was ready. The instructors are all very good and very helpful providing modifications. I believe Pilates has helped me with recovery and I feel stronger than before.
