I made an appt for a mani and pedi the day before, I waited until 40 minutes after my scheduled appt time before my services even started and didn’t have time to stay for my manicure as scheduled. I thought setting aside 90 mins for a mani and pedi was sufficient but it was not. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal (I know sometimes walk-ins happen and things get busy) but it was my birthday so it was a big letdown that I waited so long for sub-par services (25 minute pedi) and didn’t even get my fingers done for my birthday celebration. I won’t be going back, it was super disappointing.
