Since moving to Woodbury, I’ve tried several massage therapists, and Richard is by far the best. He has great strong pressure that I like and always finds the tension spots. He uses a mix of techniques - massage guns to loosen tight muscles, cupping for surface tension, and deep tissue work. Every session brings huge relief. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy my appointments with Rich; his new location is in a convenient location and he does a very thorough job in the allotted time. The fact that he utilizes so many tools (massage gun, cupping, muscle scraping) without you having to ask is much appreciated.

I work out very intensely so I need someone who actually gets into the muscles and tries to bring relief. Oftentimes therapists just go through the motions or prioritize a spa-like experience & environment rather than making it about the bodywork. I can't recommend Affinity Massage enough. Richard is skilled at what he does, while being personable and listening to your needs. He has helped relieve my migraines and tension in ways I didn't know were possible. It truly has been healing for me. If you need a massage therapist, you won't regret going to Affinity Massage.
