Waste Management told me that they were going to drop off a bin for my recycling and they did in a timely manner but the next week when they were supposed to come and empty the bin for recycling the truck never showed up. I called waste Management to inquire what was going on and was told by someone on the phone that they do not offer recycling in my area.. very disappointing

We are very pleased with the service WM has provided. Our pickup driver ( Kenny) is just the best. He's helped me pick garbage out of the ditch when the container blew over. Very kind man.

Still doing great, guys! The only thing I would think would improve your services here is if you collected trash together with recycles and then you guys had a cleaning and sorting system (preferably if it saves water when compared to the alternative).
Add'l info from January, 2026: Hey, we had our first issue with WM! Why am I excited about it? because I had the opportunity to get it resolved and they succeeding with flying colors! (our recycles were skipped even though they were out, I contacted WM ...after annoying process of finally reaching a HUMAN since their website bot and phone automation both SUCK... and within 24 hours our recycles were... read full review
