Shout out to Nate at Tom's Lock Service! My 90-something neighbor lost his keys on a frigid December night and knocked on our door. We called Tom's, and Nate was there in 20 minutes. He was extremely patient and went far beyond what I expected. Nate wouldn't leave until my neighbor had the right keys for the right doors. He even labeled them and put them on the proper key rings for my neighbor to avoid any confusion. When I'm 90, cold, confused and locked out of my house, I want a guy like Nate to help me.

My husband and I had just purchased a home and loved the look of the original hardware on the door, but had no keys for it, Nate was able to come a few hours after I called the office and was able to give the hardware some much needed attention, and provided us knowledge that the pieces were from the 1920s, and we now have keys. Highly recommend!
