I have to say I am terribly disappointed! Been going here for nearly 5 years and today's service was just horrible. 5:40 PM appointment. Arrived on site at 5:30 PM. Left at 6 PM without any service or so much as an apology for the snafu. I knew exactly what went wrong; they forgot to check me in, so they just kept helping other people. When I tried to flag one of them down about the oversight, they all refused to make eye contact or acknowledge me standing at the front desk. So sad. Kat would have treated me differently. Come back from Rochester.

Apparently it's impossible to get an appointment. Been calling for 4 days and haven't been able to talk to anyone. Been getting a beard trim here since they've opened and sadly will have to find a new place.

Kat was so incredibly patient and kind during my son's first real haircut. He's 20 months old and I was just blown away how well she worked with him. Highly recommend her!
