The night before we were heading south for a month, our furnace went out. A frantic call to Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning, INC at 7:30 AM had Gabe out to us by 8:00. Found a burned out blower motor and he called around to find a replacement. We were on the road by 11:45.
My furnace went out and I put in a request for service. I received a call first thing in the morning and within 20 minutes, the technician was at my house. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained things in great detail. My furnace was 24 years old and he provided me with a cost/benefit analysis. I ultimately decided to buy a new furnace. They moved jobs around to accommodate my family as we have a newborn, and had the new furnace installed that same day. They provided lots of information on how the new furnace works, things to look for, how the new thermostat worked, and ensured that I knew the things I needed to know with the new system. As a hvac service tech from a completely different company. These guys were awesome, incredibly nice over the phone. And despite the fact of them being a service company themselves for heating and air, they were able to help me get a switch for an old unit that I could not find Anywhere else. This was a great experience, and I highly recommend them
