They are always on time for scheduled maintenance and leave the area clean whether checking the furnace or AC. I have been completely satisfied with the service in fact I recommended that my daughter and son-in-law purchase their new system from River City which they did.

Had Tom and Chris here on separate occasions, and got great help over the phone from them too. Furnace is working great and the bypass humidifier we added has made the house much more comfortable this cold winter
