I have had River City install both my furnace and air conditioning. I have a regular maintenance contract for both units. I can't speak highly enough about this company and it's exceptional workers.

Coldest day of the year so far and we had intermittent issues with the furnace. Fearing that our furnace would need to be replaced, Chris stopped out and showed us how it was a quick and easy fix. He took the time and educated me on the problem and solution. When it’s time to replace the furnace/AC Chris has earned our business!

There was a unique incompatibility between the newer control and the older furnaces that prevented the furnaces from operating at full functionality. It was a relatively simple fix but I could never have figured it out, the technicians used their experience and knowledge to conduct some tests which identified the problem. Also, I had apparently inadvertently indicated I needed only a seasonal cleaning but the original technician called in reinforcement; it was tremendously courteous to deliver the full repair service even though I had not scheduled it.
