There’s so much I could say about how earnestly I love this shop… Everyone is warm, genuine, and professional, and it’s easily become one of my top happy (and safe) spaces. I’ve worked primarily with Casey over the past year-ish to develop my lofty piercing goals (lol), and he’s gone ABOVE and beyond to accommodate my needs, desires, ideas, etc. None of my many piercings have had issues, and I attribute much of that to how thoughtfully he practices his craft, and how he takes the time to thoroughly educate his clients.

For my partner's birthday we went in to get a piercing each, it was my partner's first piercing besides ears and they were a little nervous about needles and Casey was great at making sure he explained everything he was doing before he did it and my partner wasn't even able to see the needle. We also had a bit of a budget and Casey was super understanding and let us know which jewelry was in our price range. The environment was super cozy and chill too! Would definitely recommend for someone getting a piercing for the first time or tenth time! We will definitely be back for more.

I traveled from Rochester to see Casey with my sisters and partner and had a GREAT experience! I am not an expert by any means, but I have been to shops all over the US and Europe and found this to easily be one of the best experiences with a piercer. Here’s the wild part- i didn’t even get pierced. However, the atmosphere he created was incredibly memorable. I went in to get a navel piercing and ended up not having great anatomy for it. He explained why my anatomy was not ideal and the potential consequences of piercing regardless- love that for me. Additionally, one of my sisters received an anatomy check for her navel as well as my other sister got her nipples... read full review
