Randy is decent but leaves a lot of the work to do on your own, to pay almost $500 for an appointment i expect him to do a little more for me
Have gone here for past 6 years. They are very friendly and he does your taxes when you come in and you're good for another April 15th!
So, beware folks! We paid him 3K for his service. To this day we have not got what we paid for. He blames everything on Covid and the IRS back log. He had the nerve to ask for another 1K to continue on. So, we are out our 3K and had to start over. They never return phone calls and if they do its months later. Many times, we called and he either was in the hospital or at a seminar. Because we are two hours away there was not much we could do. At one point he called us just before Christmas and said everything was a go and in our favor, then nothing else but run around. I wonder how someone can take peoples hard earned money that came to him because they were straggling... read full review
