I had a problem with my faucet, so I decided to buy a new one and install it myself. However, I encountered some issues during the installation process. I contacted several local companies, but they all quoted me a service fee of over $140.00 plus the installation costs. Then, I reached out to your company and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by your plumber. I explained the issue to him, and he arrived within 10 minutes. He quickly identified that the new connector was defective, advised me to exchange it, and to give him a call if I ran into any issues. He took the time to help me without charging me anything. I’ve been a customer of Chappell Central for over 40 years and here’s why: Today, our air conditioner stopped working. At 4:05pm I called the office to report the problem. The service center responded by saying they would get a technician to look at it today. Within 15 minutes a technician called to say he was just finishing a job and would arrive within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part and had the AC working by 4:50! That’s what I call customer service!! Duaine Amundson Willmar
