“Great experience with Nielsen’s Plumbing! Our drain was clogged since the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. We called some companies on Wednesday but never got return calls. I made contact with Nielsen’s Thursday night and they sent a team this morning. Now we are just washing a mountain of Thanksgiving dishes!“

“I dropped in 830am Monday to see if a leaky outdoor faucet could be looked at soon (cold weather). Within an hour I had someone at the house and working on a temporary fix until spring when the faucet can be replaced. Thank you for the prompt, courteous service from all!“

I had a water heater go out over a holiday weekend. Tracy came out during non business hours,to trouble shoot my issue. He was very knowledgeable about my system and made it so I was at least able to have warm water until I was able to get a new system, super nice guy. My old heater was a tank. After a bit of research I decided to go tankless. Trace came out took out the old and brought in the new all while working around me and my chaotic schedule. They cleaned up nicely.I found them to be very reasonably priced and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company! I simply love my new system!!
