Our furnace decided to stop working. I called at 8am and they were able to send out a technician by 2pm. The part that needed to be replaced was the circuit board. Since our furnace is an older model, the part had to be couriered in same day. The technician returned after the part was delivered, and was was able to quickly replace the part and get the furnace working. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future!

During this past winter our furnace developed some problems so I called White Bear Heating to schedule service. They arrived promptly on time and advised me that my 20-year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. They were able to install a new Amana furnace the next day! The new furnace operates more efficiently and is quieter. Very satisfied! Many thanks to Rick and crew.

Had my furnace spontaneously decide to throw an error code causing it to not function. Called 11AM on a Wednesday during peak furnace season and was told a tech would be out between 1PM and 3PM. Tye arrived a little after 1PM. He was super knowledgeable and checked for several possible issues discovering a problem with the exhaust pressure. It turned out roofers that had redone my townhome roof had inadvertently disconnected the inlet and outlet for for the furnace air in my attic. The pipes were quickly reconnected and the furnace was up and running properly again in no time. The pricing was very fair.
