During this past winter our furnace developed some problems so I called White Bear Heating to schedule service. They arrived promptly on time and advised me that my 20-year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. They were able to install a new Amana furnace the next day! Had my furnace spontaneously decide to throw an error code causing it to not function. Called 11AM on a Wednesday during peak furnace season and was told a tech would be out between 1PM and 3PM. Tye arrived a little after 1PM. He was super knowledgeable and checked for several possible issues discovering a problem with the exhaust pressure. It turned out roofers that had redone my townhome roof had inadvertently disconnected the inlet and outlet for for the furnace air in my attic. The pipes were quickly reconnected and the furnace was up and running properly again in no time. The pricing was very fair. I would like to thank Rick at White Bear Heating and Cooling gave them a call to get a second opinion when another HVAC company told me my heat exchanger was cracked in my 13-year-old furnace and it needed to be replaced to the tune of $8,000 Rick came to my house checked heat exchanger saw nothing wrong with it fixed another component and the furnace has been working great ever since thanks again White Bear Heating and Cooling
