We had the pleasure of doing business with The Egress Window Company and it was nothing short of amazing! Mary was so helpful and she moved quickly to get our permit then get us on the schedule. The install team arrived on time and got the job done, quickly and efficiently despite having to work around a gas line that was discovered during the dig. Thankfully we found a plumber to take care of it and they were able to complete the job as planned. Everyone was pleasant to talk to! The Egress Window Company was very professional, easy to work with, and did an excellent job on everything; from digging the hole, hauling away the dirt, cutting into the foundation, installing the window, and custom building the egress wall. They communicated with me every step of the process and answered all my questions. They got everything done in one day and cleaned up the outside work area (my front yard) after they were done. This is just an amazing group of humans!! They did quick excellent work. I am so very happy with the job and highly recommend them. Not only did they do the job in one day but they cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there!!
