Starting up TKD solved my back problems. I am not exaggerating. I had terrible lower back issues but the comprehensive full-body work outs I get multiple times a week gave me the core strength I needed to keep my back from hurting.
The instructors and students are all kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable and, importantly, TKD IS TONS OF FUN! Come on by and check it out!
