Heather helped me when I dropped off and Wendy helped me at pickup. They were both so friendly and customer-focused! And most of all - knowledgeable about their company and the care of specialized garments. I was having 3 sets of liturgical vestments cleaned that were soiled from many years of use. The vestments look like new. I am so pleased and will be back with more.
I came to St. Croix cleaners, WBL with a difficult stain and rushed timeline. My,never been worn,white linen blazer had a red wine stain down the back from an accidental spill from the guy sitting behind me. Took it there and was promised a speedy return as I was traveling
and needed for my trip. The blazer was not ready as promised so Bobbi emailed delivery, gave me a 20% discount and it came back the next day. Unfortunately,the stain was still visible. So she sent it back and now it’s totally gone. Thank you, Bobbi and staff for saving my jacket with quality work and integrity.
I dropped off my Uggs for cleaning and as any cleaner that services Uggs they are sent out for cleaning and a beautiful job was done. The only thing I don’t like is that the boots came back with a tag attached although through a seam, I wasn’t a fan of seeing that because when you purchase Uggs there is no tag punched through the material like what you see on clothing if you were buying something at Target. That’s my only complaint. Customer service is incredible and always welcoming! I for sure will continue to take my Uggs there for service. Maybe the cleaners can trash the boots/shoes with a sticker on the sole which is how they are in the department store.… read full review
