Mitch has been so wonderful. He was able to help us through (several) home inspections. He laid out all of the information in a way we could understand it. This aided us in being able to make the important decision of our tolerance level for repairs needed in a new home. He was so wonderful that we hired him again for our second (final) house inspection. He has continued to be a wonderful and trusted resource. He assisted with some information when our roof was leaking (a year later). Overall, Mitch is just a wonderful human. I'm not sure what more I can say that has not already been said about Ryan and his team. Except, you don't hear this very often when it comes to construction and repairs, but the final bill was way UNDER the quoted price. The work they did is fabulous.

My first impression of Mitch was at the door. He has an inviting personality that put my husband and I at ease. Then he went into business mode and was so professional. We toured, he showed, he explained. He was knowledgeable, informative and thorough.
