I had PRP hair plasma back in 2017. I saw Dr. Maragos and he told me I would see the results in 4-6 weeks. The results were " more shedding" shedding like crazy and I lost too much hair after. I tried to contact them, but they kept rescheduling me and canceling due to nonsense reasons, like the doctor went out of town, or we are remodeling or whatever lies they were coming up with. Then, they blocked my phone.This place is a scam and VERY unprofessional. I am going to sue them. My lawyer said we should definitely sue them. In case if they are reading this, my last name is Aljaffery. I know you can look me up in your system.

I have held back several years writing this review of this business hoping the owner would make things right but I have decided to do so at this time in order to help anyone out there considering choosing a hair pigmentation or SMP clinic. After my initial experience with the owner and staff, everything was fine but for the longest time afterwards I tried to schedule a follow up touch up session which was explained to me the results would improve if I did schedule this session. For unknown reasons to me they could never schedule me at any of the locations or dates I was available to fly in and this went on and on. They are nice until they get your money. Customer service is AWEFUL once you pay. I would NOT recommend. If you want to waste your money, then I would recommend.
