Blue Balance Wellness is a hidden gem! 2 of us went for the infra red sauna/ massage package. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. Heather was great at responding to emails in a timely manner and very friendly in greeting us. Booking the appointments online was easy. The sauna room was stocked with a lovely assortment of robes to wear, water was provided & there was an option of sitting outside the sauna if you were too warm inside it.The massage room was tastefully decorated, nicely dimmed lighting & warm massage table.
