West St. Paul Chiropractic

I hadn't seen a chiropractor in 14 years. This morning I couldn't lift my right arm past shoulder level without severe pain. I had trouble with basic things like buckling my seatbelt and using a can opener.
The chiropractor was thorough, she measured my range of motion, listened to my symptoms, and felt for trigger points before doing anything. During the adjustments, I felt releases I didn't even know I needed. The first one was very loud. =) Within minutes, the large knot in my shoulder that and been there for months went down noticeably.
By the time I got home, I had full range of motion in my arm with barely any pain.
