Kent is amazing!! His service is high-quality, quick, and affordably priced, and he's the type of businessman who goes above and beyond for his customers. Not only did he mend a snapped bow on my son's glasses after others we talked to said it couldn't be fixed, but when our toddler broke them again a while later and we took them back to Kent, he said they were too far gone and instead insisted on GIVING us entirely new frames to put the lenses in! He totally saved this frazzled mom's day. :) The frames fit my son perfectly and he actually liked them -- a miracle all on its own after we had to spend weeks shopping for his original frames!

I have been a customer of Kent's for many years and he has never failed to give excellent service, whether in the purchase of new glasses, fixing frames that have broken, and even down to new nose pads because the existing ones are discolored.
