I love this place but mostly I love Austin.The manager he's super nice super.Helpful, very friendly all the time.I just love him and he has pretty much made it so that I've continued to go here for quite a long time now.Otherwise I might have not extended my membership as much as I have

5 stars for Austin at the WSP location. He is always so positive and he fixed an issue with my account. Everyone at this location is fabulous but I especially wanted to call out Austin! Thanks Austin ❤️

Standing outside waiting 15 minutes.past.opening. 3 other people in line as well. People have schedules...work and other responsibilities so we come to tan when we can at a time that our schedules allow.us and supppsed to be open but not. I feel the least they could do is offer a percentage refunded for the time we waste waiting for them to open only to not be able to utilize what we pay for as it's now 820 and 2 of us waiting have to be to work at 9am. Love this facility but got.to do better about opening on time. I've missed 5 opportunities to tan this month from late openings..
