Builder and Remodeler
“A home builder and remodeler that didn't try and sell me on how great he was. I was given some of the best and most honest advice about a home I was going to buy to fix up and sell. I don't know much about remodeling homes and have learned how many different types of home remodelers are out there. I appreciated the knowledge that was demonstrated and ended up making a decision not to buy a house in Wayzata because of all of the things Joe and his framing carpenter pointed out to me.”
