“Literally the BEST Realtor ANYONE could ever hope to work with! Suzanne Bownik has represented me for the past 20 years in all my Real Estate transactions. Suzanne has also assisted friends and family and each one has purchased what they were looking for.Suzanne has been impeccable every time and once again she has done what we thought would be impossible.We found our dream home and because we wanted it, we quickly removed our home sale contingency, yet the purchase was a nightmare due to the Seller's Agent being incompetent and self-centered. Yet, Suzanne remained professional, whereas I did not. Suzanne was always in communication with us, she balanced our purchase and our sale flawlessly. Suzanne knows how to market/sell by creating beautiful, informative property brochures, always attentive to Agent inquiries and going the extra mile by keeping those who toured our home updated on any changes or improvements made. Suzanne is an incredible people person she knows how to 'handle' me and she does it with grace.On the buyer’s agent side, Suzanne is tenacious in getting what her buyer’s want. She made us feel like we were her only clients, even though we know there are many. Suzanne represented our interest and revived a deal that died due to the Seller’s Agent going on a fishing trip to Canada with NO ONE to step in his place.Suzanne is overly thorough, yet that's me being antsy, she protects her client's assets, and does so with such a calm demeanor. Even when I sense Suzanne is frustrated (e,g, other Agent not responding, other Agent not being ethical etc.), Suzanne never lets it show. She is cool, calm, and collected under pressure and she has never let me down.My husband, Tom met Suzanne at one of her client appreciation events and he was impressed from day one, yet, when he got to see her in action it solidified his confidence in her abilities.Our purchase began on 8/20 and we closed 11/03 between that time the Seller's Agent was fired by his clients and luckily, they reached out after the initial deal had been quashed. Once it was confirmed the sellers no longer had a business relationship with their Realtor, we were able to strike a new deal. Suzanne continued to represent us, and the sellers represented themselves... this situation worked out perfectly as the sellers wanted to sell and we wanted to buy - the only person who once stood in the way of that was the now fired Seller's Agent.Shortly after listing our home, another one in the same development went up, a stone's throw away from ours. That listing had been recently updated, yet our listing sold before it did - again a testament to Suzanne's tenacity and presentation of the exact same layout and location.Suzanne is honest to a fault, ethical beyond measure and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a question about anything Suzanne is quick to answer. She is clear in her words and makes sure you understand. I was a Realtor years ago, yet my knowledge does not compare to what Suzanne knows.If you’re currently working with someone who isn’t showing you the things you’re looking for, isn’t listening to your preferences OR if you’re looking for the VERY BEST, then look no further than Suzanne Bownik… she is responsive, amazing and after 20 years of knowing her I can say she has remained CONSISTENT….
