We’re just in the beginning stages of the braces process with my kiddos but so far the staff have all been very kind, patient, and always willing to answer my detailed questions. The Wayzata location is easy to get to and plenty of parking. Also appreciate the simple perks in their waiting room like coffee, cider, and bottled water. I’ll have more to share once we are further into our braces journey.

So flexible with appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. When Invisiline wasn't working for my son (I should say my son wasn't working for Invisiline) we switched to braces no problem. The front desk staff is AMAZING!
