This has been THE only outstanding company I would even advocate for. Why? Because, as a client, they have gone above and way beyond anything any company has or would do for someone.And they certainly have "bent over backwards" many times for me. Ive had some dishonest and just plain BAD workers. They listened and addressed my concerns immediately. I was involved in the process by being informed of the change that woud affect me, being given a new worker right away, and that they would be addressing this with that individual. Eden Pathways has become a life changing support system for me.

Before my case manager referred me to them, I struggled to find and maintain reliable caregiver staff, which made life incredibly challenging. Since starting with Eden Pathways two years ago, they have taken care of everything, ensuring I always have the help I need. This has allowed me to remain living independently in my own home.

The caregivers are well trained and provide care that is tailored to my unique needs. For instance, among my many limitations, I have an extreme sensitivity to sound and fragrance, and they have gone to great lengths to accommodate this.

(On behalf of my wife)Heidi continues to be an extremely effective communicator. She has a very open, gentle, and encouraging manner that causes my wife to want to do things that are good for her and that she has resisted doing in the past.She’s extremely generous with her time. She expresses a desire to help me and Linda in ways that I would not have considered a part of her job.The proof of the pudding is in something I haven’t seen before in my wife Linda...... a real enthusiasm in her expectation of Heidi‘s visits.
